Cancellation Policy
upon booking you agree to the following cancellation policy. automated reminder messages are emailed & texted starting 72 prior to your appointment. any concerns or questions about the system reminders please message 3478152525.
- notification given at least 24+ hours are not subject to any fees, so the deposit is refunded and/or can be applied to an appointment if it is rescheduled.
- notification given less than 24 hours prior, UP UNTIL 1 HOUR PRIOR (so 2-24 hours) to appointment time is a forfeiture of the deposit or 50% fee of the total booked. this includes removing of any services on the guest's part during the appointment that was previously booked.
- any cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service(s). this means forfeiture of a deposit plus charging the remainder of the service total booked.
ANY/ALL NO SHOWING for your appointment will also result in a forfeiture of deposit plus charging the remainder of the service total booked.
